Re: My lunar distance tables online...

    Tony,
If you want to make your own printable almanac, fully customized to your own preferences, you can find an ipython notebook with the code for doing so at https://github.com/kmuldrew/Lunar-Almanac. The repository has a sample of the output, “May2018.pdf”, so you can see your starting point. This program works in Greenwich apparent time with the day starting at noon (these are my own particular quirks and preferences) but you can easily change that if you can work python code. You can also easily add plogs to the tables but you will have to do some work reformatting everything (the code to format tables is self explanatory).

Frank’s online almanac is better in almost every way, but if you really want to print off your own customized pages, this is at least a starting point.

    Dear Frank,

Yes, I know about that page - and I often use it.

What I miss is the possibility to have an almanac-like booklet with LD tables (preferably -with prop.logs too) for completely off-line/power-off situation. At least - for some reasonable period of time.

    Regards,

    Tony
