To my knowledge (as a native sailor) there are no free up-to-date nautical charts of the Aegean Sea.
Find attached a photo of a part of a quite old chart (~2005). Mind you that Mykonos is an extremely popular cruising and sailing destination and many changes may have taken place since then in and around the harbour.
