Hi all, M. Low was a nautical instrument and chart dealer in New York City and perhaps elsewhere. I think they may have been the predecessor to New York Nautical Instrument on Hudson Street. I doubt that they themselves manufactured sextants, but may have bought from a maker who placed their name on the instruments for trade purposes. They were one of many stituated in NYC. Regards.
