They're the same. These are what I call "Tamaya-likes". They were clearly manufactured by Tamaya, almost identical to one of their standard 1970s models, and then marketed under various other brands. They have different details (shades and other small features), but they are all basically the same. I have owned a number of these with different brandings over the years... "M.A.C.", "International Nautical", and one other brand that I can't recall right now. They're decent sextants.
