NASR frustratios...help!

For 12 Jan 2014:
Capella at 18-47-44
Hs 110* 47.0 with AH
IC -0.3
Results with USNO: a = 0.7 from GPS
LOP with 208 & 249 both within 2 nm of GPS
Ran this through NASR over and over looking for errors that make LOP 20 miles off.
Can someone do this by NASR and post work so I can find my errors.
An NASR sight of Deneb in the same run worked well for me, LOP only 2 miles from GPS
