Randy, I worked the Capella sight with the NASR and came up with the same numbers as Robert, Hc = 55* 17', Zn = 57.5*.
With Ho = 55* 23.7' that gives an intercept of 6.7NM Toward the star from an AP of 35* N, 119* 00.3' W.
Making a sketch, it sure looks like the LOP will be very close to the GPS/DR of 35* 19' N, 119* 05.5'W.
It looks like the LOP might pass about 20 NM west of the DR if it were plotted Away instead of Toward Capella.

For 12 Jan 2014:
Capella at 18-47-44
Hs 110* 47.0 with AH
IC -0.3
Results with USNO: a = 0.7 from GPS
LOP with 208 & 249 both within 2 nm of GPS
Ran this through NASR over and over looking for errors that make LOP 20 miles off.
Can someone do this by NASR and post work so I can find my errors..
An NASR sight of Deneb in the same run worked well for me, LOP only 2 miles from GPS
Thanks, RandyPS
Ho 208 reductions working well.
Thanks to all for the help.----------------------------------------------------------------
