I tried the BBC on 198 khz but they didn't have the pips. There is a french station on 162Khz that does have the pips which I was able to hear an hour ago. I also have a GPS which disagrees with the NTIS, which is about one-half second faster than the GPS time. I know that it has been discussed before and I believe that the time displayed on my GPS is UTC as it is corrected from TAI or else the difference would be about 15 seconds between my GPS and the NIST website.
