As mentioned, a number of companies (e.g., Celestaire, Landfall Navigation) offer the so-called 'commercial editions' of 'Sight Reduction Tables for Marine Navigation' (Pub. 229) and 'Sight Reduction Tables
for Air Navigation'(Pub 249).
Additionally, both of these publications can be downloaded as PDF files, free of charge, from the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. A number of other publications, such as 'American Practical Navigator' may also be downloaded free of charge from NGA.
If you have a Nautical Almanac, note that it includes a sight reduction method (usally just called the NASR method, for Nautical Almanac Sight Reduction method). Instructions and the necessary tables are included in the Almanac, so you only need that one book.
Or, you can just solve the navigational triangle for Hc and Z using the Spherical Law of Cosines method without reference to any tables.
