Thank you Eddie. Sometime about 3AM Sunday (EST) I had my 2nd draft, using
    Adobe Illustrator, finished.

As to your questions, the home page for Navigation-L is:

    http://www.offsoundings.info/navl.htm

The upload address is, if I understand correctly:

    navl@fisheriestrust.org

It has been along time since I have poked around line-by-line in PostScript,
instead generating a PostScript file from the document and then distilling
to a PDF with Adobe Acrobat. f you can do that, that will be readable by
almost everyone on the list. I should be able to handle a PostScript file,
but not sure about other members. I have never played with hpgl.
