    Greg,

    Further to my previous reply, I went out to my boat (it is still sitting
    high and dry beside my house) and checked my commercial NA. Information can
    be found on the same page, same section as the Government version.

    Lest you feel foolish for missing it, I sifted through some previous
    almanacs and noted that I had written "equation of time" on the margin of
    the appropriate section which tells me that I had a hard time finding it
    myself!
