It is generated with my free app AstroNavigation.exe for Windows.
please find the 2016 Nautical Almanac at: https://sites.google.com/site/navigationalalgorithms/downloads
Also it generates an output file for the choosen month, day, or time, see an example in 2016.zip (text files)
