I think the problem is my tablet. My update philosophy is if software does what you want and doesn't crash then do not update. Features you use may be depreciated and the upgrade may prove to be a downgrade. I decided to update the software and see if that solved the problem. It didn't.
The notes in the Play Store say that he app is updated to Android 10 V 3.x. My tablet is Android 4.4.2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder the app does not work.
My phone is an S8 and compared to the tablet relatively new. It is Android 7. I updated the app. It does not work correctly. I cannot set the date, time and position. Maybe I have to long press somewhere? There is an update on the phone that I have resisted installing in case it bricks the phone. Do I take a risk?
