Sounds like it's the same. I should have stated that you have to interpolate
to get that 57.7 entry. And when you do, it's 5.0 all the way across.
"Assuming you want just the basic altitude correction (and not parallax), the
2006 Nautical Almanac (Commercial Edition) shows a correction of 0 degrees
34.5' for 0 degrees 00 minutes of altitude."
Thanks! Curiosity satisfied. Sounds like they updated this table, too. The
former value was 33.8.
And:
"I'll need an exact figure for HP if you want that correction, I'm not going
to type the entire column into this e-mail."
Right. I should have said that I was looking for the first entry (the one
for HP=54.0). It should still be 0.3/0.9 since refraction only affects the
Upper Table.
