Assuming you're looking for the 1st column (for altitudes 0 degrees 00' to 4
degrees 50') entry, that would be 0.3' for the LL and 0.9 for the UL - so
looks like your assumption was correct once again.
On a side note, I wonder if the degree symbol shows up in plain-text e-mail
(hopefully that's not a Windows-only "feature") - is this character *not*
readable by anyone? ----> °
