Don't worry about it. The copyright over the publication has been defended at the level of the complete document for the current year, but otherwise you can consider extracts for education as "fair use". Technically, HMNAO (that's His Majesty's Nautical Almanac Office) is tasked to defend "crown copyright" (I think I have the terminology right here), but the folks who are directly involved in the creation of the nautical almanacs really are not inclined that way. They're not lawyers, and they probably don't have much patience for this sort of thing. No one will bother you about extracts from the almanacs for educational purposes.

And if you're worried about a "change of regime", should a hardcore group decide to go after all of us who have taken advantage of a liberal interpretation of "fair use", they would first have to issue "cease and desist orders" (in order to be taken seriously by courts), and if that day ever comes, you can follow their orders on that very day. And then you'll get up the next morning and watch Hell freeze over 'cause it ain't gonna happen! :)
