My most recent Nautical Almanac expired at the start of 2006.
Normally, my astro data is obtained from my pocket-calculator program.
However, to resolve a question, I prefer to see certain actual
Nautical Almanac quoted numbers rather than numbers taken from any
other sort of computation.
For August 14, 2006, I need SHA and dec for Vega, plus GHA Aries at
04h UT, plus the 5 tabulated Moon quantities GHA, v, Dec, d, and HP at
03h, 04h, and 05h UT. The numbers at the bottom of the page, for that
date, for the Moon, might also be useful; these are the times of
meridian passage , age, and phase.
Can anyone kindly oblige?
George.
