Although a bit off-topic ... being on the other side of the Atlantic puddle, I went searching for the blue HMNAO version of the 2023 Nautical Almanac from the UK Hydrographic Office, Admiralty Way, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2DN.

however only the 2020 and 2021 editions are currently available (very useful!?)
... but they mention purchases are available from the "Admiralty Paper Distributors":

... all I have to do is find a distributor (easy!)

I chose Stanfords Maritime Books and Charts, 7 Mercer Walk, Covent Garden, WC2H 9FA London
... but the only NP 314 Nautical Almanacs available are for 2019, 2020 and 2022 (hardback) and 2020 (digital).
(I'm not looking for "Reeds Nautical Almanac 2023")

So I called them. They don't have it in stock, however they told me that Bookharbour have it in stock (for GBP 35.10):
