I ordered a copy in mid-October. I called the GPO in late November to check status, and was told 30-60 days more. I checked the website over the weekend and could no longer locate the listing for the book, so called the GPO again on Tuesday this week. I was told my order was cancelled, I asked for a refund, but haven't received that or heard any more from them. On a brighter note, Amazon got me the commercial edition the next day, to Key West, no less. That is a record.
