Interesting. It doesn't work for me! I signed up for an account and changed the password, verified that I can log in and log out. Then I searched for "nautical almanac 2023" and other plausible search terms. The search returns related documents but no Nautical Almanac of any flavor. Then I followed the link provided by Al Stewart and Dave Walden: https://bookstore.gpo.gov/products/nautical-almanac-year-2023 (with various mods, too). It says "access denied".
I should add that I don't really want a copy of the latest book. I was trying out the process to see if there were any "gotchas". I guess I succeeded.
