Hi Bob,
My shipping company was able to obtain a copy based on the UK version. It is a blue hard copy and is pretty much identical, but larger, than the NA from the GPO. I expect the Admiralty will continue to print them as long as they print paper charts. The US is phasing out their paper pubs since the US Navy is shifting to all digital now.
