Does anyone know how the altitude correction tables for the moon at the
back of the Nautical Almanac are created. What I am asking is how you go
from refraction, parallax, semi-diameter, and augmentation (?) to the Main and
Add'l corrections shown in the upper and lower parts of the tables.
Thanks in advance.
