Being unable to indentify the Steinway Tower with certainty, I used the other three buildings and from Google Earth obtained the latitude and longitude of each one. By measurements with a ruler on the picture I determined the horizontal angles between them as:
Empire State Building - 40.3' - Central Park Tower - 74.4' - 432 Park Tower.
Thus you get two circles of position and by calculation find the intersection of those circles at 40°26.3' N, 73°59.0' W. This is identical to Frank's result.
With a good paper chart and a station pointer you could skip all math and just set the angles in the station pointer and plot the result.
