Hello Dan:
I found your comment regarding a sextant bubble
attachment for a marine sextant very interesting. I mostly use an
artificial horizon or limit my CN to coastal locations.I have an Astra with a
practice bubble. I'd be interested in purchasing a quality bubble attachment .
When you say 'search on ebay etc"; is there a particular product or "name" or
description I should use.
Your help is most appreciated. Thank
you.
Bruce

Alan, The results could be much the same given a bubble attachment on the marine sextant. I've got a Plath and can obtain the same or better accuracy at times. The aircraft bubbles are available via the net (ebay etc) and are very cost effective and is why I use them ( also fun to repair and get back into working order(.
