I think it's time to accept reality. We all should be thankful to Frank that he noticed the symptoms of the mis-behaviour of the other server early on, that he went to the trouble of finding a viable alternative despite the mutterings and resistance of the nay-sayers and that he came up with a solution that has been working without a glitch from the first day. The last thing we need is that the old server comes back online and confuses the issue once more. Let's pray that it died for ever. Ten horses would not get me back there. I only hope that we did not loose any of our long-standing members in the rather abrupt transition. There were one or two who were reluctant to accept the fragility of the old server as a serious problem, but whose contributions to the list I value very highly. It would be sad if they missed the boat, but they will know where to find us if they change their mind. Some old-timers may be out sailing and be surprised when they come back in fall. They should be invited via e-mail to join here on the basis of the old subscription list.
