... so the inclination of the orbit is the complement, 52.5 degrees, in reasonable agreement with ISS's nominal inclination of 51.65 degrees.
Hm, it appears I got the axes reversed. After looking at the residual curves to make doubly sure, the optimal point from the data set is actually 51.45 degrees, quite a bit closer to the nominal value.
