I am donating all of my antique navigation instruments to our new Rumsey Map Center here at Stanford and need to find someone who can provide an appraisal. I have asked my contacts in the scientific antiques business and to my surprise, no one has come up with any leads. So I am very much hoping someone here might have some suggestions.
