I have owned one for a long time and paid over 3X (included re-
certification) what this sextant sold for.  The sextant is accurate and
easy to use.  Whether it was a good buy or not depends upon many
factors.  I have only seen a few for sale over the years.

A Mk-3 Mod-0 sextant closed on EBay earlier today for $344.52.
Seems
like that model usually goes for about double that amount - did
someone get an incredible deal here, or is the Mk-3 not really in that
high demand in the real world?
