This is an ENC chart by the British Admiralty showing the northern approaches to the Panama Canal. The traffic scheme is on the Local Notice to Mariners. It is plotted as shown below, and overlayed on the chart.

Wow...I have never even SEEN a chart, either electronic or paper, that failed to indicate traffic separation schemes.
