I use the Sparcom NAV-48 Celestial Navigation Pac for the HP-48GX. Very accurate, easy to use and has lots of features. This is a great help when you are learning, as you can do reductions on paper and compare them to the computed results for quick feedback on sextant and math techniques. There are some add-in programs on the net to do traditional sight reduction; these require knowledge on programming the calculator.
