Hi to the team at NavList,
Had a blue sky day down under today so went ahead and shot Jupiter in the early twilight, got a nice 0 intercept so thought I would share the data.
DR = Known 36°49.0 South. 174°46.1 East.
Eye Height 6'.4" Shore Distance 0.7 NM for dip to shore = Minus 5.0
Index correction Minus 0.5
Hs 45° 46.9
GMT 23 Days 05 hours 55 mins 20 sec
Star Pilot gave me a 0 intercept, so I was a good boy and went about sight reduction with nautical almanac and HO:229
Sextant: C.Plath Navistar Classic 4x 40 scope.
Hope this data is of interest to the team,
Paul w Jackson
