    This doesn't change things all that much. A "two-point" line of position is still a line of position. If I have two Sun sights, and I work up LOPs by selecting two slightly different latitudes and getting the corresponding longitudes, what I will find is that they don't cross "on the page" if I have a poor DR. So just like when you work the sights by the intercept method, you have to extend the "two-point" (Sumner-ish) lines of position off the page (or draw them on a much smaller scale plot) and use the estimated crossing point as a new starting point.
