Got the excel spreadsheets last year but have no idea how to enter degrees, minutes & seconds into them.
For example- the noon_sight.xls shows in the example (http://www.navigation-spreadsheets.com/noon_shots.html) Noon Altitude 70 37/200 and Declination -13 41/100
No idea what the 37/100 and 41/100 mean.
Can you explain it to me?
