Arrrgh !
I decided to compare the tables and on page cx (110) of the black and white 1836 version is a one page index.
I now recommend the black and white 1836 version with a tab added on page cx followed by page 1 and the start of the tables. The book is textbook size, the scan is done better with all pages straight, and no page edges are included.
