Hello John,
The infuriated sea Coast looks very much like Finistère in Bretagne France with this type of slates-covered houses.
Trawler VERONICA was registered at LE GUILVINEC France Finistère (Western part of Bretagne) under # GV555232 (with the letters GV standing for Le GuilVinec). We can also read "Le Guilvinec" directly from the tape.
Ar Men is painted white on upper half of its height, and is not as "slim" as the lighthouse depicted. No time for me to positively identify it yet, but it is likely to be a light house on the western coast of Bretagne within the following area : Latitude 48° +/- °1 and Longitude West 4° +/-1 . Possibly "La Jument" lighthouse.
The Frigate is a French Navy F70 Class French Navy (Anti-Submarine) Destroyer, possibly Latouche-Tréville.
Best Regards
Antoine M. "Kermit" Couëtte CDR (Ret) FN
