No problem to me. Inshore? Here's the PFDs, here's mine on me. I'll suggest they
wear them as appropriate. If they don't, no problem, I'll follow the old Navy
rule of asking "Does he owe anybody money?" before deciding about a man
overboard.<G>
Offshore at night or ont he foredeck, if I'm watch captain they'll wear it
without being asked--because that's been settled before we cast off.
Either way, no problem.<G>
Anyone not on my boat, not on watch? Again, not my problem. I don't feel
obligated to fight Darwinian Evolution. Not in my contract, I've checked.<G>
