    Quit speed reading!  These are a combination of the LARGEST on and off
    figures in each set, not an average or pairing.  The average is almost
    always below the 4SD figure by 0.2' or more.  All of the pairings and
    averages per set are below target value, as usual.  To get the perfect
    results seemingly I would have to take 10+ observations for each category,
    throw out all but one highest on and off the arc, and combine those for 4SD.
    That is just not right. In fact the averages and pairings are left of the
    center of a bell curve, so not normal.
