If you are interested in accuracy near 2-10nm then using the camera to shoot the body and horizon, calibrating it and finding an app to do reductions is the way to go. Accuaracy should be similar to a regular sextant. See previousl threads about camera navigation.
If you are thinking of using the internal tilt sensors, your accuracy is going to be on the order of 100nm or so.
