In Lincolnshire, I'm expecting it between 0450 and 0550 UTC. The forecast is a clear sky - good. Therefore, freezing - bad. I thought about setting up a periscopic sextant in the Astrovan, but a. It's going to be very cold getting out there even if I switch the power supply to the Astrovan on an hour earlier: b. It's full of junk to make way visitors at Chrismas: c. It'll be in the west right in line with the led street lamp about 20 yards away; so maybe, if I need to get up around that time, I'll just try looking out of the lounge window ///severe.official.mass. The Astrovan screens out much of the street light through that window. DaveP
