It appears that a significant portion of the main scale may have been worn away by aggressive cleaning. If that's the case, then this is an interesting decorative item (which might sell for $100-$200) and almost certainly cannot be refurbished to make it a functional instrument again (which could sell for $200-$400). Can you post some higher resolution photos of the main scale, especially the portion near zero?
