Hello Carl.
That's great! Your photos prove that the scale is in excellent condition, and they also show that there is little patina on the frame. You should be able to get a very good price for the instrument. I recommend selling on ebay or a similar site. When you're ready to list it, make sure you have lots of photos showing that level of detail around the smain scale, smaller vernier scale on the movable arm (the index arm) and around the mirrors and shades. It's a fairly typical "vernier sextant" and that's really you need to say to define it. It would be fair to list it as "circa 1920" and that has the advantage of making it just about a century old.
