I have just received email from Dan Hogan. He had a spot of trouble
with his email provider. I will email you off-list -- I wouldn't want
to put his email on the list.
I agree that the Nav-L page is valuable. It could use a teency bit of
updating to mention the new location of the Nav list and how to sign
up. The irbs archive is still useful. And Frank Reed's archive has
been growing increasingly useful. I keep forgetting where Frank put
that thing, though, so having it listed on the Nav-L page would be
useful.
