There is a popular freeware electronic chart display program called "OpenCPN". There is also a plugin for that program which facilitates the integration of celestial navigation data. Apparently, the plugin has some bugs (e.g., Moon HP & SD off by +/- 8%, incorrect Hc, etc.) and the original programmer is tied up with another project. So, another programmer has asked for help from anyone who is knowledgeable in both CN and programming. Incidentally, I was contacted by the same programmer asking for a link to Andrés Ruiz's CN program. I mentioned the fact that Andrés is active here, and that others might be able to help. He asked me who to contact, specifically, and I replied that so many NavList members have coded their own software that I can't remember them all.
