Many will have seen the newsreels of the RAF's Red Arrows overflying New York for the 250th Aniversary of USA independence. See: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cz9l2v37pz2o **
Navlist members will be wondering how the RAF (Plus Canadian and US Authorities) managed to get 13 tiny aeroplanes with restricted range from their base in Lincolnshire safely to the USA.

** A couple of questions:
1. Can anyone explain why the camera Hawk appears to be flying backwards in formation?
2. Why do the Red Arrows formate with their airbrake down. I can think of two possible reasons. DaveP
