And another thing: I always felt that the word "navigator" in the title of Ocean Navigator was to be interpreted something like to move on, move over, or move through, as for example, in "navigating security gates at the airport." So it doesn't necessarily have to refer to position finding at sea, never mind celestial nav in particular.
Many, if not all, of its articles bear on blue water sailing. And even the tile of it's summer issue is "Ocean voyager."
So with this understanding, I say it lives up to its title.
