    I said I would add pictures, here they are.
    With the Astrolabe, Dos or PC, we can tell the height of any celestial object, at any time, from anywhere, with an accuracy of one dégrée, without any calculation. Yes, with this relic app, released in the past century. If you want more info about it, I will be happy to GIVE it to you. The whole thing, the formulas used, etc...
    For advices, I don't need any.

    Pictures : one is a réplication from an old strolabe. One is shopping that you could use the instrument to calculate the height of the sun for example.
