I have an old Casio "MTG-900" which does exactly that. There's a button at about the 2 o'clock position labeled "Time Memo". (See photo, attached.) One push and the month, day, hour, minutes and seconds are recorded. The manual states that up to 30 records can be stored at one time. The watch also syncs with the atmic clock in Ft. Collins, Colorado every night so you know you'll have the correct time. Curiously, a current search on Google Shopping returns the same watch, but the "Time Memo" button is now labeled "Reverse". The button below that, which used to be labeled "Receive" (for a manual sync with the atomic clock) is now labeled "Forward". It seems the memo feature has been dropped (sadly) in favor of a countdown timer. Perhaps you can find an old one out there that someone wants to get rid of? (Sorry, but mine's not for sale.)

I also have a newer Casio PAW-2000 which, while not explicitly a "time memo" feature, does record the time and date in addition to one's current altitude (the altitude record being the primary function). Unfortunately, only the hour and minute are recorded...no seconds. :( On the other hand, the PAW-2000 has a built-in compass, barometer, thermometer, altimeter (as mentioned) and displays the times of sunrise and set for your chosen location in addition to several other features. In other words, it can give you a lot of useful info for CN, like temp./press. for add'l. corrections, azimuth of the body you're shooting, approx. height of eye, etc. Casio has other models which even display tidal info. The only downside is that it's not cheap: anywhere from US$170-$400, depending on styling options.
