>>Gary LaPook has posted extensively about this, a common technique for air navigation. MOO tables are in the inside covers of HO249 vols 1, 2 and 3 as well as a yellow supplement card. He has also posted tables with speed ranges more suitable for yachtsman. <<
I have two questions.
1. Where should I look for Gary's posted tables with speed ranges suitable for yachtsmen?
2. How might I use the archive query to look for things like this myself?
Regarding question #2, I tried doing a search for "Motion of Observer" from year 2005 to the present, and got zero results. I then did a search for "MOO" and got endless returns which included the word "Moon". Doing a search for "LaPook" gets you a huge number of returns. Is there a more efficient way to search for something like this?
Thanks,
