The Q table is updated and included in the Commercial Edition of H.O. 249 for the year 2015, too.
The differences between various editions of the Q table are much smaller than they may appear since these are so-called "critical tables". The exact dividing line between two values of the correction can shift by several minutes of arc reflecting a very small change, possibly much less than a minute of arc, in the actual value of the correction. It is especially entertaining that the tables include the direction "in critical cases, ascend". That's just un-necessary --and a bit silly, too.
