Rafal you wrote: I was playing a little with Python and made a script that generates latitude templates for Polhemus celestial computer. The original ones are made for 1:5'000'000 scale but I decided to made 1:2'500'000, too. Below I attach some chosen latitudes. I am thinking where to place tics marks for latitude: either odd or even whole degrees of longitude. This should change about 30°. Any critical remarks are welcome.
Rafal. I'm no great expert on Polhemus, but wouldn't you also have to change the scale of the distance scale on the Plotter Base Plate, or at least remember to divide the distance figures by two. DaveP
