Frank,

I wasn't able to get a fix but I was able to get a DR position of the 2nd stage by using an average speed of 2300 KM/Hour and a 2.8 minutes of time. This worked out to around 50 nautical miles which isn't too far from my actual distance from the launch pad. See launch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcXWIsrg4p0
